Phillip S. Calloway, MS, is an honest, hardworking South Florida native with extensive local knowledge and a tenacity for finding the right home to meet the needs and desires of each of his clients. He values building trust and providing transparency to ensure that his buyers and sellers receive the best real estate service possible.

 

Phillip, proudly raised in Miami, FL, attended Florida International University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He later pursued a master’s degree in Sports Administration at Barry University. As a former educator, Phillip recognizes the importance of educating not only his clients but also the agents who work under him. His passion for real estate comes from his love of working with people, his deep connection to his city, and his knowledge of the many wonderful properties and neighborhoods it has to offer.

 

In addition to running his brokerage, Phillip serves on the YPN Leadership Board for the Miami Association of Realtors, the Board of Directors for the South Florida Chapter of NAREB, and is the Secretary of the Board for the Biscayne Cove Condominium Association.
